- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (10:00 local time) to 2 business days (10:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 10:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Only up to 3 children can participate per adult.
- Optional premium seat and cockpit seat are only available for adults over the age of 13.
- Guests who are in their third trimester of pregnancy (after 27 weeks) are not permitted to participate in this activity.
Additional Notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- The return destination is the same as the departure place, however, it may change to a different place depending on the situation.
